While I think its cool, I'm just not sold on the fact that charging them more money is going to solve the issue..

I think the point is to encourage builders to build green, then give them a bonus instead of taxing them. If everyone does their part, nobody will get taxed. A little stick and a little carrot.

I guess when you look at it like that sure.. Is this only for PORTLAND? or for the Metro area also?
I STILL don't think Charging them more money if they don't go Green will stop them from Building how they want.
