yea the owner is a TOTAL JERK and why anyone would go to him is beyond me!
I've been going to German Service for about 12 years. I've found them honest, obliging, and reliable. If something is not done right (as inevitably happens very occasionally), they have always made it right with no fuss. They will look for cheap parts or used parts if that makes sense. In fact, what turned me on to them was when they asked to borrow my Audi V8 (a bit of a rare car) for a day so that they could diagnose an electrical problem in another customer's V8 by switching-out parts. I wanted to patronize a shop that would do that for me!
You should see how he treats this delivery driver that I know he WILLNOT be within at least 10 feet of her and makes her go outside before he signs the paperwork and when she used her own car to do deliveries one day he took her paperwork and put it under the wiperblade of her car and it got really wet. He treats this person like some kind of slave its really awful and nobody will do anything about him and so life goes on. And then how he drives is another story!
Bad place, very unhappy shamed employees, who just want money very ill working environment and the warranty? 1 year if you have a problem? not warranty, that valve they just had off leaks oil? you gotta pay, do not take your car there, the owner is beyond rude and obviously hates Women and any person of color, how he stays in business is odd, and yes I saw him treat a female part driver, I meant mistreat, it was sickening, demeaning
And the really bad part about the female parts driver is that the company she works for won't do anything about the way he treats her. But now if he throws something at her and hits her then she can do something and that would be AWESOME! But even though she's white he treats her like some kind of nasty virus! But it will take more people to realize that the guy shouldn't be in business by the way he treats employees, delivery drivers (male & female) and worst yet the customers. Too bad the word can't reach more of them!
