Had a great bowl of Japchae (sweet potato) noodles here yesterday. Very clean place and clean food - seemed quite healthy. Vast menu with a lot of tasty sounding options, I'll definitely be back.
Note - This is in a new development and google maps isn't properly showing their location on the map. It is actually just south of cornell on 188th.

Ok, so my favorite thing (Japchae noodles) got discontinued because nobody was ordering it! Shame on you nice rice customers, it was so tasty! I ended up speaking with the owner, and it is the same owner as Bewon in NW on 23rd and Northrup. Never been in there, unfortunately, but he informed me that they have the Japchae all the time, so I will have to check that out. Owner was very nice, and I had a very very tasty Pad Kee Mao. This is becoming one of my favorite lunch joints.
I love Nice Rice! Excellent food, good prices and friendly service. I usually don't eat out for lunch alot but have made an exception. At least visit once a week at Nice Rice! I'll even make the drive over the weekend from NE Portland for dinner. If you haven't tried it, make a plan to visit soon and tell your friends. Not only yummy dishes but you are supporting a local business... and they are vegetarian friendly.

Ate here once and it was good and reasonably priced. Tried again today and it was now closed. It looked black inside and cleanup crews were hauling restaurant contents to a big dumpster. Looked online and saw that they are closed due to fire. I hope they re-open as the food was tasty.
