Summary

Portland's eighth annual White Trash Pageant. The even includes a 24-foot long tattooing facility, live music, and a Wiener Cannon. This cannon (invented by the pageant founder) shoots hot dogs at variable rates of speed at people holding hot dog buns. Following the wiener cannon will be a tube top competition, anyone women who show up to the event in a tube top gets in for free. The winner of the pageant will get a 1973 GMC half ton pickup truck with a camper shell, the Miss White Trash trophy, meat products, a tattoo on the location of her choice, beauty products and lingerie, a case of spam, and a check for $29.99.
